Job summary

Auto-Owners Insurance in Lansing, MI is seeking a User Experience intern for Summer 2027. The internship is in person, five days a week, and based in Lansing.

You will assist with user research, information architecture, prototyping, and usability activities within the UX team. Ideal candidates are current college students entering their junior or senior year who can work collaboratively, solve problems, and apply basic CSS/HTML/XML/JavaScript knowledge.

Qualifications

• Student should be currently enrolled and entering their junior or senior year in college when going into the summer internship.
• Ability to apply problem-solving skills to create process.
• Organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• An understanding of CSS, (X)HTML, XML, JavaScript, image editing and production, interface design, usability testing and information architecture is preferred.

Responsibilities
