The Role: UX Designer

We’re looking for a UX Designer who doesn’t just design interfaces, butdesigns for the heart. Someone who cares deeply about how humans experience technology—and how technology canfeel more human. You'll play a key role in shaping our core product: a digital experience that connects people with trained companions for emotional support and presence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the founding team to shape the vision and user journey for our MVP and beyond.
• Conduct user research with empathy, identifying emotional pain points and designing for real human needs.
• Craft intuitive, elegant user flows and wireframes that feel natural and comforting to the user.
• Translate user insights into thoughtful UX decisions that prioritize emotional wellbeing and connection.
• Help define and evolve our design system, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity at every step.

You Might Be the One If You:

• Are deeply empathetic and driven by purpose over prestige.
• Have 2+ years of UX design experience, ideally in early-stage startups or mission-driven projects.
• Are passionate about mental health, community, or caregiving.
• Can wear multiple hats and thrive in ambiguity.
• Have strong skills in Figma or similar tools, and a portfolio that showcases user-centered thinking.
• Believe that design can be a force for healing.

Compensation

We arepre-revenueand still in our early stages. For now, we are only able to offerequity compensation—but you’ll be part of thefounding design team, shaping not only the product, but the company culture and future.
