Dahl Consulting in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a talented User Experience Designer for a 12-month contract. The role is hybrid with onsite work two days per week and focuses on delivering end-to-end UX for product features within a defined area.

You will collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate business goals into intuitive designs, create user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes, and ensure consistency with design systems and accessibility

This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex user problems through thoughtful, intuitive design.As a User Experience Designer, you will independently lead design initiatives within a defined product area, delivering high-quality, end-to-end user experiences. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives, user needs, and technical requirements into impactful digital solutions.
