Job summary

Horizontal Talent is seeking a User Experience Designer to join a collaborative product team and shape intuitive digital experiences from concept through implementation. • Ability to produce detailed design specs for engineering handoff.
• Knowledge of design systems and component-based UI design.
• Experience supporting usability testing and applying insights to design iterations.
• Comfort working in agile, cross-functional environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly.

The pay range for this role is $31 - $64 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
