Join us for a rewarding opportunity to lead Automation Testing and enhance customer experiences in the mobile space. As a User Acceptance Tester in Connected Commerce within the Payments team, you will execute our roadmap and assist with automated and grey box testing. You will collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams, focusing on mobile and CXO technology to deliver impactful user experiences.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data automation engineers and leads across multiple domains and source systems, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Design and develop high‑volume, low‑latency tools to support the testing of Digital wallet products.
- Document and prepare Credit Card Test Data, Test Scripts, and Test Cases based on journeys.
- Partner with testing leads and teams to assist in testing large, visible cross‑functional initiatives.
- Assist application developers and payment services teams in identifying and resolving problems.
- Design, develop, and assist in creating manual & automation test scripts.
- Plan and execute application testing with process owners, business and Digital product managers, and development teams.
- Manage defects to monitor and report on defect resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement by exploring innovative solutions for design review and implementation.
- Implement ideas from concept through to execution, including root cause analysis.
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and resources while liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.

- Strong collaboration skills with engineering, design, and business teams, effectively communicating product goals and progress to stakeholders.
- Excellent organization and time management capabilities. Ability to coach and mentor team members with a mindset of curiosity, ownership, and accountability.
