The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the wholesale/retail market, sales and management training, and excellent people skills. This role involves coordinating sales strategies, evaluating performance, and training staff. • Directs and coordinates Used Truck Department activities to achieve sales goals.
• Develops sales and marketing programs based on market conditions.
• Evaluates department performance and takes necessary actions.
• Controls used truck inventory and gross profit.
• Develops and trains sales personnel for target achievement.
• Maintains relationships with wholesalers and auction companies.
• Works collaboratively with other departments.
