• Strong appraisal and acquisition skills for trade-in and auction.
• Experience managing digital inventory and pricing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the used inventory lifecycle from acquisition to sale.
• Appraise, purchase, and manage trade-ins, wholesale units, and consignment.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and optimize lot presentation.
• Coordinate reconditioning and prep with service and detail teams.
• Manage online listings, pricing, photos, and descriptions across platforms.
• Monitor market trends and pricing to maximize margin and turns.
• Support sales with product knowledge and deal structuring.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Uphold brand standards and customer-first philosophy.
