You will initiate 4473 forms and perform final compliance checks before transfers, while driving profit through smart inventory control and margin optimization.

Lead training for Outfitters, collaborate with regional teams, and deliver exceptional customer service on the floor and by phone, all while ensuring adherence to firearms

Qualifications

• Ability to appraise used firearms and determine fair market value.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with retail systems and firearms regulations.

Responsibilities

• Initiates all 4473 forms with customers and conducts final checks prior to transfer.
• Manages used firearm inventory to maximize margin and sourcing leads.
• Maintains ATF compliance audits and internal store audits.
• Trains Outfitters on acquisitions, dispositions, trends, policy updates, and negotiation.
