Ideal candidates will have 5+ years buying directly from auctions, extensive diesel truck exposure, and strong knowledge of wholesale values.

• Ability to quickly evaluate mechanical condition, body/frame condition, mileage, options, recon needs, and overall value.
• Strong understanding of wholesale values and the diesel truck market.
• Experience with auction condition reports, announcements, titles, PSI, and arbitration.
• Ability to make quick and confident buying decisions while vehicles are crossing the block.
