Job summary

Fred Anderson Toyota of Cape Coral is seeking an experienced Used Car Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles within our Southeast dealership network.

You will follow factory procedures, diagnose issues, and communicate clearly with service advisors while delivering high-quality workmanship. This full-time role offers competitive pay, paid training, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years prior technician experience.
• Must possess one or more ASE certifications.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Perform factory scheduled maintenance and follow repair and diagnostic procedures.
• Test drive vehicles to verify concerns and confirm repairs.
• Communicate with service advisors about repairs and additional needs.
• Present and explain vehicle repairs professionally to customers.
• Collaborate with service department team and participate in ongoing training to stay current.
