Fred Anderson Toyota of Cape Coral is seeking an experienced automotive technician for a Master Technician role. The ideal candidate will perform factory scheduled maintenance, diagnose issues, and communicate repair needs with service advisors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of technician experience and ability to perform repair orders and mechanical work.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards with one or more ASE certifications.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors about repairs and vehicle needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform factory scheduled maintenance and follow manufacturer repair and diagnostic procedures.
• Test drive vehicles to identify concerns or issues.
• Communicate repairs and additional needs to service advisors.
• Present vehicles in a professional manner and provide demonstrations as needed.
• Collaborate with service department teammates.
• Participate in trainings to advance knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
