Responsibilities

• Perform factory scheduled maintenance and follow manufacturer repair and diagnostic procedures
• Test drive vehicles to identify concerns or issues
• Communicate repairs and additional needs to service advisers
• Provide high-quality, professional presentation of vehicles to customers
• Work as a team with service department staff
• Participate in training to advance technical knowledge
