Fred Anderson Automotive Group is seeking experienced automotive technicians to join its growing service team in Cape Coral, FL. The role includes performing factory maintenance, diagnosing issues, and completing repairs to high standards while communicating clearly with service advisors and customers.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of technician experience.
• ASE certifications preferred or required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles per manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform factory scheduled maintenance and repair procedures.
• Test drive vehicles to identify concerns or issues.
• Communicate repairs and additional needs to service advisors.
• Present vehicles in a professional, knowledgeable manner.
• Collaborate with service department staff to ensure quality work.
• Stay up to date on manufacturer maintenance requirements.
