Qualifications

• Have at least 2-3 years prior technician experience and the ability to diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Possess ASE certifications to demonstrate technical proficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle systems and service procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform factory scheduled maintenance and follow manufacturer repair procedures.
• Test drive vehicles to identify concerns and issues.
• Communicate repairs and additional needs with service advisors.
• Demonstrate vehicle knowledge and present services to customers.
• Collaborate with service department to deliver high-quality service.
