Anderson Automotive Group is seeking experienced automotive technicians to join our expanding service team. We offer a culture of care, extensive in-house training, and competitive compensation.

This family-owned business has decades of history and represents world-class manufacturers while providing growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits. Qualified candidates will have 2-3 years of technician experience, ASE certifications, and a commitment to quality repairs.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2-3 years prior technician experience.
• Ability to conduct repair orders and mechanical work on vehicles per manufacturer standards.
• Possess one or more ASE certifications.
• Leadership potential; aim for Master Technician certification if not yet attained.

Responsabilités

• Perform factory scheduled maintenance and diagnose/repair vehicles as per manufacturer procedures.
• Test drive vehicles to identify concerns or issues.
• Communicate repairs and additional needs to service advisors clearly.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles with high quality, professional knowledge.
• Collaborate effectively with service department professionals.
• Participate in classes and training to advance knowledge of vehicle systems.
