Anderson Automotive Group in Asheville, NC is seeking a Used Car Technician to join our growing service team. You will perform factory scheduled maintenance, diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards, and communicate with service advisors to outline needs.

Requirements include 2–3 years of technician experience, ASE certifications, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of technician experience required.
• Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles per manufacturer standards.
• Possess one or more ASE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform factory scheduled maintenance and follow all manufacturer repair and diagnostic procedures.
• Test drive vehicles to identify concerns or issues.
• Communicate with service advisors about repairs and additional needs for vehicles.
• Provide high-quality, professional demonstrations of vehicles to customers.
• Work as a team with service department professionals and participate in ongoing training.
• Stay up to date on products and vehicle maintenance requirements.
