Qualifications

• Proficiency in factory‑scheduled maintenance and adherence to manufacturer repair/diagnostic procedures.
• Ability to test drive vehicles and identify potential concerns or issues.
• Strong communication with service advisors regarding repairs and needs.
• One or more ASE certifications.
• Leadership qualities and ability to answer vehicle/service questions.
• Goal to achieve Master Technician certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform factory‑scheduled maintenance and follow manufacturer procedures.
