Hendrick Automotive Group is hiring an experienced Used Car Technician at Honda of Concord. This high-volume role requires a skilled tech capable of working across multiple makes and models. Earn from day one with a starting rate of $25/hour plus a $5/hour night shift premium.

Based on workflow, total earnings can reach $100,000–$110,000 in year one, emphasizing total compensation over hourly wage. Night shifts (4:00 PM–12:00 AM) offer an additional $5/hr premium; day shifts are also available.

Qualifications

• Experience as automotive technician across multiple makes and models.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills across vehicle systems.
• ASE certifications preferred; dealership experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and repairs across multiple makes and models.
• Conduct safety inspections and mechanical reconditioning on used vehicle inventory.
• Complete repairs to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Utilize diagnostic tools, schematics, and manuals to troubleshoot issues.
• Document services performed and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Communicate repair status and recommendations to service advisors.
