Qualifications

• Proven dealership experience in automotive diagnostics and repair.
• Hands-on experience with Honda vehicles or similar brands.
• Familiarity with ADAS, vehicle alignment, and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of transmissions, powertrain, and engine repair.
• Skilled in schematics and auto estimating tools.
• Meets manufacturer requirements for ASE tests.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Automotive Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic assessments using Honda-specific tools and systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections.
• Repair or replace components across engines, transmissions, and suspension.
• Use service bulletins and manuals for accurate repairs.
• Communicate timelines and costs with advisors and customers.
• Maintain records and test drive to verify repairs.
