Hendrick Honda Concord seeks a Full Time Automotive Technician to identify necessary vehicle service and perform repairs, maintenance, and testing in a customer-focused environment. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and adherence to dealership guidelines in a state-of-the-art facility.

You'll participate in manufacturer training, maintain a clean work area, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience while meeting ASE expectations and training requirements.

Qualifications

• Pre-Qualifications: Valid Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Satisfactory auto mechanical knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Examines customer vehicles.
• Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Estimates cost of repairs.
• Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Documents services performed.
• Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines.
• Follows dealership and manufacturer service guidelines.
• Requests necessary parts.
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Participates in required training (manufacturer fundamental training and/or NAPA training).
• Meets and/or exceeds manufacturer requirements for ASE tests.
• Completes manufacturer training for warranty repairs/recalls, PDI's, maintenance, and minor repairs.
