Job summary

Lithia & Driveway Kia Frisco is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to initiate automotive services, communicate with technicians, and deliver an exceptional service experience.

You will develop estimates, prepare repair orders, manage warranty, and keep customers informed about repairs and service specials. 1+ year service advisor experience preferred; automotive tech background is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Service Advisor experience.
• 1+ years experience as an automotive technician is a plus.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Team player with customer service mindset.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Initiate automotive services by identifying problems and requests.
• Verify warranty coverage and develop estimates.
• Prepare repair orders and enter into service database.
• Communicate repair needs to customer and technician.
• Administer manufacturer warranty for qualifying repairs.
• Keep customer informed of service specials, completion times and expenses.
