Performance Lexus is looking for experienced, no-nonsense Used Car Technicians to join our busy shop. You’ll handle the real work: inspecting, diagnosing, and fixing used vehicles right the first time, so we can get them back on the road and keep customers happy. The Elite of Lexus Award celebrates our team’s dedication to outstanding service.

You could qualify for up to $10,000 in sign-on bonuses. Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; off Saturday and Sunday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Performance Lexus is a drug free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose used vehicles for issues.
• Perform maintenance and repair work.
• Replace faulty parts and ensure vehicles meet safety standards.
• Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and performance.
• Document all work performed.
• Communicate repairs and findings to service advisors or customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Performance Lexus is looking for experienced, no-nonsense Used Car Technicians to join our busy shop. You’ll handle the real work: inspecting, diagnosing, and fixing used vehicles right the first time, so we can get them back on the road and keep customers happy. Pay ranges from $25.00 to $35.00 Per Flat-Rate Hour, depending on your skill, knowledge, and ability.
