Job summary

Performance Lexus in Cincinnati, OH is seeking experienced Used Car Technicians to inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles right the first time for quick customer returns. You will diagnose issues, perform maintenance, replace parts, and verify repairs through test drives.

The role offers a flat-rate pay range of $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, with up to $10,000 sign-on bonus possible; schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with weekends off, and an array of benefits including medical, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Performance Lexus is looking for experienced, no-nonsense Used Car Technicians to join our busy shop. You’ll handle the real work: inspecting, diagnosing, and fixing used vehicles right the first time, so we can get them back on the road and keep customers happy. Pay ranges from $25.00 to $35.00 Per Flat-Rate Hour, depending on your skill, knowledge, and ability.
