Job summary

Pull-A-Part, a national leader in DIY used auto parts and recycling, is seeking a Used Car Sales Associate in Akron. You’ll manage the daily operations of the used car sales lot while delivering exceptional customer service and earning base salary plus commission.

This role rewards a motivated self-starter who can build relationships, meet sales goals, source vehicles from auctions and partners, and handle titles and documentation with accuracy. Weekend and overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in vehicle sales or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of car titles, vehicle paperwork, and dealership processes.
• Basic automotive and mechanical understanding.
• Comfort using mobile devices, Microsoft Office, CRM, and DMS tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the used car sales lot
• Work with local teams to source vehicles from auctions, dealers, and other partners
• Conduct minor vehicle repairs and inspections
• Process car titles and ensure compliance with all documentation standards
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Maintain facility cleanliness and organization
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety standards
• Work retail store hours (may include weekends, overtime, and some holidays)
• Grow your skills, assist your team, and perform other assigned tasks.
