Hertrich Toyota of Milford is growing and actively hiring experienced Automotive Dealership Sales Managers for regional opportunities across our growing dealership network. You will lead used-vehicle operations, desking, appraisals, and profitability initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive management experience
• Experience with used car buying/appraising
• Desking experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Manage used vehicle operations and inventory performance
• Conduct vehicle appraisals, acquisitions, and pricing
• Oversee reconditioning and merchandising processes
• Structure and desk deals to maximize profitability
• Monitor inventory turn rates and wholesale/liquidation activity
• Support retail sales growth and dealership objectives
• Collaborate with sales leadership and management teams
