Job summary

Pull-A-Part is hiring a Used Car Sales Associate in Corpus Christi, TX. You will manage the daily operations of the used car lot and deliver excellent customer service to drive store performance.

This base salary plus commission role rewards relationship-building and achieving sales goals without internal competition among reps. Ideal candidates have vehicle sales experience, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of titles and dealership processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in vehicle sales or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of car titles, vehicle paperwork, and dealership processes.
• Basic automotive understanding and problem-solving ability.
• Comfort using mobile devices, Microsoft Office, CRM, and DMS tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safety-first, customer-focused culture on the used car lot.
• Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional customer service.
• Manage daily operations of the used car sales lot.
• Source vehicles from auctions, dealers, and partners.
• Perform minor vehicle repairs and inspections as needed.
• Process car titles and ensure documentation compliance.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and organization.
• Follow company policies, SOPs and safety standards.
• Work retail store hours, including weekends/overtime/holidays.

Your Role

As a Used Car Sales Associate, you’ll manage the daily operations of the used car sales lot while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting overall store performance. This base salary + commission role is ideal for motivated self-starters who enjoy building relationships and growing sales. Best of all, you don't have to compete with other sales reps, meaning every sale you earn a commission.

What You’ll Do as a Used Car Sales Associate

• Foster a culture focused on Safety First and Environmental Stewardship
• Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional customer service
• Manage the daily operations of the used car sales lot
• Work with local teams to source vehicles from auctions, dealers, and other partners
• Conduct minor vehicle repairs and inspections
• Process car titles and ensure compliance with all documentation standards
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Maintain facility cleanliness and organization
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety standards
• Work retail store hours (may include weekends, overtime, and some holidays)
• Grow your skills, assist your team, and perform other assigned tasks.

What You Bring as a Used Car Sales Associate

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation
