Timbrook Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Used Car Manager in Keyser, WV. You will own the pre-owned operation, guide pricing, and lead a sales team to strong volume and gross profit. Your focus will be on right sourcing, fast turn, and frontline readiness of vehicles.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in used-car operations or desk management.
• Strong appraisal and vehicle acquisition skills.
• Experience with market-based pricing and inventory management tools.
• Ability to balance volume, gross profit and turnover.

Responsibilities

• Appraise trades accurately and competitively.
• Acquire inventory through trades, auctions and other channels.
• Maintain the right inventory mix for the market.
• Monitor aging and manage inventory turn.
• Price vehicles to market to maximize gross profit.
• Oversee reconditioning and speed-to-market.
• Ensure vehicles are merchandised online.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive used-vehicle volume.
• Monitor wholesale activity and minimize losses.
• Track metrics like volume, gross, aging and turn.
• Grow the pre-owned department and report to the General Manager.
• Provide back-up support for the Finance Manager.
