Job summary

CarGuys Inc. is seeking an Automotive Used Car Sales Manager through its nationwide dealer network. This role focuses on recruiting, training, and guiding a high‑performing sales team while ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong dealership leadership, organizational skills, and a results‑driven approach to managing vehicle operations and team performance.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple items.
• Attention to detail.
• High CSI and sales volume.
• Stability in previous employment.
• Product knowledge and involvement in deals.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, training, and developing a high‑performance sales team through accountability management principles.
• Supervise training development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other staff.
• Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction.
• Review forecasting of unit sales and gross profit.
• Oversee management of new and used vehicle operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruiting, Training, and Developing a high-performance sales team through accountability management principles
