Job summary

CarGuys Inc. in Hudsonville, MI is seeking an Automotive Used Car Sales Manager to lead a high-performance dealer sales team.

This full-time role involves recruiting, training, supervising, forecasting, and overseeing new and used vehicle operations while ensuring customer and owner satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of high CSI and sales volume, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for hands-on deal-making.

• Proven and verifiable track record of high CSI and sales volume
• Long term stability in previous employment
• Product knowledge –
• A love for being involved in the deal, not just an administrator or “numbers guy” who sits behind the desk

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, Training, and Developing a high-performance sales team through accountability management principles
• Supervise the training development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees
• Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction
• Review the forecasting of unit sales and gross profit
• Oversee management of new and used vehicle operations

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Elkhart, IN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
