Westbury Jeep – VIP Automotive Group is hiring a motivated Used Car Department Assistant to support the Pre-Owned/Used Car team in Westbury, NY. This tech-savvy, organized candidate will help with inventory, online listings, and customer communications.

This is a full-time position offering $20+ per hour plus commission, with benefits available and opportunities for growth within the dealership group.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Used Car Management Team with daily operations.
• Support used car and pre-owned vehicle inventory processes.
• Maintain accurate vehicle information in dealership computer systems.
• Perform data entry and update inventory records.
• Assist with online vehicle listings and inventory descriptions.
• Coordinate and upload vehicle photos.
• Help ensure used vehicle listings are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Assist with vehicle merchandising and inventory presentation.
• Communicate with customers and internal dealership departments.
• Help coordinate vehicle-related paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Track and organize inventory information.
• Assist with day-to-day operational needs of the Used Car Department.
• Help maintain an organized and efficient department.
• Perform additional administrative and automotive dealership support duties as needed.
