Responsibilities

• Complete diagnostics and troubleshooting on used vehicles.
• Road-test vehicles to verify quality of repairs.
• Update service advisors on status and ETA for completion.
• Pursue ongoing training to stay current with automotive technology.
• Keep the shop organized and neat.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
