University Mazda Kia in Waco, TX is seeking a Used Car Automotive Service Technician / Mechanic to perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles, diagnose issues, and ensure safety and reliability.

The role requires verifiable training and certifications, a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and at least two years of experience. You will document work, follow factory standards, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per repair order, meeting dealer and factory standards to drive customer loyalty.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and complete repairs.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend necessary safety and reliability improvements.
• Document all work on repair orders.
• Maintain inventory of normal technician tools.
• Stay current with factory bulletins and participate in training.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
