• Understand retail trends and participate in inventory planning.
• Deliver a premium customer experience by responding promptly, professionally and accurately.
• Generate leads and create appointments by researching the used car market.
• Meet car buying quotas.
• Develop effective working relationships with purchasing venues to accelerate placement of ideal inventory.
• Effectively utilize lead management tools and compile reports and documentation.
