Job summary

Servco Pacific Inc. is seeking a Used Car Purchasing Specialist to help customers sell pre-owned vehicles at our Used Car Buying Center.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, source leads, appraise cars on-site or remotely, and secure approvals from the Buying Center Manager. Responsibilities include communicating offers to customers, negotiating when needed, gathering purchase documents, and transporting vehicles to the lot.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Two years of customer service experience minimum.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of automotive makes and models.
• Basic proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Auto sales or vehicle appraisal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and schedule appointments for sellers to meet with the Buying Center Manager or Specialist.
• Source used car leads via Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc.
• Appraise vehicles on site and remotely using digital software.
• Obtain approval to purchase from Buying Center Manager.
• Communicate purchase price and negotiate with customers as needed.
• Assist with obtaining purchase documents and ensure proper completion.
• Obtain vehicle keys and transport to Servco Pre-owned lot.
