Hendrick Honda Concord is seeking an Automotive Technician in Concord, NC. You will diagnose and repair vehicle systems to prevent future breakdowns and ensure optimal performance in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Satisfactory mechanical work experience.

Responsibilities

• Examiness customer vehicles.
• Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Estimates cost of repairs.
• Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Documents services performed.
• Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines.
• Follows dealership and manufacturer service guidelines.
• Requests necessary parts.
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Participates in required training (manufacturer training and/or Hendrick training).
• Meets manufacturer requirements for ASE tests.
• Completes manufacturer training for warranty repairs/recalls, PDIs, maintenance, and minor repairs.

What Our Technicians Do

• Examines customer vehicles.
• Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Estimates cost of repairs.
• Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Documents services performed.
• Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines.
• Follows dealership and manufacturer service guidelines.
• Requests necessary parts.

• Participates in required training (manufacturer fundamental training and/or NAPA training provided by Hendrick).
• Meets and/or exceeds manufacturer requirements for ASE tests.
• Completes manufacturer training to perform: warranty repairs/recalls on most vehicles, PDI’s, maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
• Complies with Company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
