Job summary

Hendrick Toyota Concord is looking for an experienced automotive technician to inspect customer vehicles, identify required repairs, and perform maintenance as needed. You will estimate repair costs, perform repairs efficiently, and document all services in the system while following dealership and manufacturer guidelines.

The role requires knowledge of automotive parts and systems, a valid driver’s license, and relevant technical training.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of automotive parts and systems.

Meets and/or exceeds manufacturer requirements for ASE tests. Completed manufacturer training to perform: warranty repairs/recalls on most vehicles, PDI’s, maintenance, and minor repairs.Computer Skills:Basic Computer skills to utilize timekeeping system. Ability to learn parts department computer inventory and ordering system.Communication Skills:Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.Attendance Expectations:The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.Physical Demands:Must be able to lift up to (50) pounds.
