Job summary

Hendrick Honda Concord is hiring a full-time Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair vehicle systems, improving reliability and customer satisfaction. You will examine vehicles, estimate repairs, and perform maintenance while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Satisfactory mechanical work experience.

Responsibilities

• Examines customer vehicles.
• Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Estimates cost of repairs.
• Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Documents services performed.
• Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines.
• Follows dealership and manufacturer service guidelines.
• Requests necessary parts.
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Participates in required training (manufacturer fundamental training and/or NAPA training).
• Meets and/or exceeds manufacturer requirements for ASE tests.
• Completes manufacturer training to perform warranty repairs/recalls on most vehicles, PDI’s, maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
• Complies with Company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
