Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Use Case Lead to drive the PLM transformation for Gas Services Central. You will own business-driven definitions, prioritize requirements, and coordinate end-to-end delivery with stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Several years of professional experience in Product Lifecycle Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, Digitalization, or business transformation programs.
• Proven experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, process design, or agile product development.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, backlog management, and agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and align diverse business interests.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into structured and actionable requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the business-driven definition, prioritization, and end-to-end coordination of a transformation component.
• Gather, align, challenge, and prioritize business requirements across stakeholders, functions, and regions.
• Define, maintain, and refine User Stories, Functional Requirements, and Acceptance Criteria in Jira.
• Provide end-to-end ownership from business requirements through implementation, testing, and adoption.
• Own and continuously prioritize the component backlog based on business value and priorities.
• Translate transformation objectives into actionable sprint goals and implementation plans.
• Coordinate subject matter experts, solution architects, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
• Drive fit-to-standard discussions and support decision-making to balance standardization and value.
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and validation activities.
• Represent the transformation component in governance and architecture forums.
• Support and coordinate business integration testing and user acceptance testing.

In this role, you will own the business-driven definition, prioritization, and end-to-end coordination of a transformation component, ensuring alignment between business objectives, solution delivery, and successful adoption across the organization. Working closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, architects, and development teams, you will translate business needs into actionable requirements and drive their implementation from concept to adoption. Depending on your area of responsibility, you may lead transformation components such as Access & Security or Classification & MBSE, helping shape the future PLM landscape of Gas Services Central. As a trusted business representative, you will drive alignment across global teams, steer priorities, and ensure that business requirements are successfully implemented, tested, and adopted throughout the transformation journey.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Own the business-driven definition, prioritization, and end-to-end coordination of a transformation component Gather, align, challenge, and prioritize business requirements across stakeholders, functions, and regions.
• Define, maintain, and refine User Stories, Functional Requirements, and Acceptance Criteria in Jira Provide end-to-end ownership from business requirements through implementation, business integration testing, and adoption.

• Translate transformation objectives into actionable sprint goals and implementation plans Coordinate Subject Matter Experts, Solution Architects, IT teams, and business stakeholders across product lines and functions.
• Drive fit-to-standard discussions and support business decision-making to balance standardization and business value.
• Actively participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and solution validation activities
• Represent the transformation component in cross-functional alignment, governance, and architecture forums.
• Support and coordinate business integration testing and user acceptance testing activities.
• Support adoption through Show & Tell sessions, sandbox testing, training examples, and business communication activities.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges and proactively drive mitigation actions Contribute to rollout preparation, business readiness activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring
