BDV Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, USCIS Operations in Greenville, SC to lead our USCIS team, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing of employment-based immigration cases while delivering a superior client experience.

The role partners with employers, foreign nationals, and outside counsel to drive operational excellence, manage capacity, and execute strategic initiatives within a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of employment-based immigration experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience managing U.S. employment-based filings.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management.
• Advanced proficiency with business applications and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and oversee the USCIS Operations team and performance.
• Manage capacity, workflow, and escalations to meet service levels.
• Oversee onboarding of clients from outside counsel to Momentum Immigration.
• Ensure timely responses to RFEs, NOIDs, NOIRs, and filing deadlines.
• Drive process improvements and leverage automation to streamline case management.
