Job summary

STI-TEC is seeking a procurement support professional to assist the United States Coast Guard and CG-AIR entities, including the Aviation Logistics Center, APAC, and CG-AIR-E. The role involves applying procurement regulations, preparing solicitation packages, and ensuring documentation accuracy across procurement files.

You will coordinate with vendors, track orders, and support routine procurement operations.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen
• Bachelor's Degree
• Read, write, speak, and comprehend English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
• Ability to work with minimal Government oversight
• Knowledge of procurement regulations, procedures, operations, and programs related to one or more procurement phases or functions
• Knowledge of steps and procedures required to provide a full range of procurement support for recurring and standardized purchases

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement support to USCG and CG-AIR entities.
• Apply knowledge of contract clauses, provisions, laws, regulations, and policies.
• Ensure solicitation packages include required information and documentation.
• Monitor contractor compliance with contract terms and regulations.
• Update and maintain procurement documents, manuals, and related information.
• Organize contract files and enter data into management systems.
• Prepare, verify, and process procurement documents and forms.
• Route messages and documentation within the workplace.
• Input and adjust standard information in automated procurement databases.
• Assist in developing procurement procedures and perform other tasks as needed.
