Job summary

UnCruise Adventures in Juneau is seeking a Deckhand, USCG Licensed to assist with maintenance, cleaning, and small boat operations for guest experiences. The role supports bridge watch, patrols, and engine room checks, and reports to the 1st Mate and Bosun.

A robust safety focus and teamwork are essential for daily vessel operations. Qualified candidates will have maritime experience and a valid USCG 25T license, medical, TWIC, and STCW credentials as required.

Responsibilities

• Support with engine room inspections and vessel operations.
• Load/unload guest luggage and assist with galley duties as needed.
• Perform safety drills and follow company safety policies.
• Comply with directions from the Mate, Bosun, and officers.
