Brunswick's Freedom Boat Club is seeking an energetic part-time Instructor to train and onboard members through virtual classroom and on-the-water sessions. US Coast Guard Captain's license and strong customer service are required; weekend availability is needed.

You will greet members, conduct trainings on skills and safety, record certifications, and maintain a professional appearance. This role offers flexible hours and opportunities to grow within a global marine leader.

Qualifications

• US Coast Guard Captain's License required.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Boating experience and familiarity with handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome new members.
• Conduct member classroom and on-the-water training.
• Identify additional training needs and opportunities.
• Record training certifications in the Reservation system.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform.
• Manage minor incidents with a friendly demeanor.
• Provide high level of member service.
• Discuss Brunswick offerings with potential members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Foster diversity of thought and positive team dynamics.
