Qualifications

• Must hold US Coast Guard Captain's License.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Boating experience in or around boats.
• Ability to read handheld tablets; comfortable with tech.
• Electronics knowledge and device use (smartphone/tablet).
• Maintain calm, positive attitude during busy times.
• Cooperative, team-focused attitude with supervision and peers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; friendly service.
• Self-starter capable of working unsupervised.
• High attention to detail; safety policies adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Greet and onboard new members.
• Conduct member classroom and on-the-water training.
• Identify needed training and provide it.
• Record training certifications in the Reservation system.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform.
• Handle minor member incidents with composure.
• Provide exceptional, courteous service to members and guests.
• Discuss Club opportunities with potential members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
