Job summary

Brunswick Corporation is seeking an Instructor for the Freedom Boat Club training team, responsible for training and onboarding members through virtual and on-water sessions. The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused US Coast Guard Captain, friendly and professional, capable of providing top-notch service.

This temporary position requires availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is set at $28 per hour, along with participation in Brunswick's benefit offerings, including a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Willingness to undergo a drug screen.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Electronic knowledge (smartphone/tablet).

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard club members through virtual and on-water sessions.
• Organize member training on various skills and policies.
• Identify areas for additional training.
