Job summary

PPG is seeking a Commercial Director for the USCA region to shape and execute the growth agenda for Protective & Marine Coatings across the United States and Canada. The role leads a large, multi-functional team spanning national accounts, direct sales, distribution development, and technical service.

The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of senior commercial leadership, deep customer relationships, and a proven track record of profitable growth in a complex industrial market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or executive leadership development preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive commercial, sales, channel, or general management leadership experience.
• Experience leading large field-based teams and delivering growth in a complex B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the USCA commercial strategy and execution roadmap including revenue growth and margin expansion.
• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed commercial organization (50+ professionals).
• Build executive-level partnerships with customers and industry partners; translate market dynamics into growth plans.
