Augusta National Golf Club is seeking a Greeter for the Masters Tournament to warmly welcome patrons and ensure service meets club standards. The role involves guiding members and guests, learning key locations around the course, and assisting with signage related to wait times and alcohol availability.

The position requires adaptability to weather conditions, physical activity, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

At the Masters, every detail matters, and you can make all the difference. The Greeter is primarily responsible for welcoming patrons, ensuring all service meets Club standards.

Pay Rate: $10.00/hr

Essential Functions of the Job

• Greets and directs all members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Learns surrounding locations including restrooms, first aid, score boards, condiment stands, exits from course, pairing sheets and nearby golf holes that patrons may request.
• Assists the Stand Supervisor in determining the time to be posted on Awareness Signs pertaining to wait time and alcohol availability.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains the confidentiality of all Club business.
• Demonstrates a commitment to upholding professional standards in the work environment.
• Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job.
• Attends mandatory orientation and training.
• Required to work schedule as defined by department to include holidays, weekends and overtime as needed.
