The Oryza Group, LLC is seeking a Transportation / Mobility Specialist to support USARCENT G4 on-site at Shaw AFB, South Carolina. This full-time contingency position involves coordinating transportation, mobility, deployment, distribution, and movement planning while ensuring mission readiness and adherence to government requirements.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Army or DoD transportation, mobility, deployment, distribution, or movement-control experience.
• Knowledge of military movement planning, documentation, modes, deployment processes, and transportation coordination.
• Experience with movement or deployment systems relevant to the assigned work; identify systems on resume.
• Strong planning, data-quality, problem-solving, briefing, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Relevant transportation, mobility, deployment, or logistics education or certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Track and coordinate assigned transportation, mobility, deployment, redeployment, or distribution requirements.
• Review movement data, documentation, schedules, routes, modes, priorities, and support dependencies.
• Prepare status reports, movement products, forecasts, briefings, data calls, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with supply, maintenance, munitions, operations, supported units, and transportation organizations.
• Identify documentation gaps, capacity constraints, schedule conflicts, or readiness impacts and elevate them early.
• Maintain action and suspense records and document completion using approved systems and procedures.
