Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QC management on construction projects.
• Federal construction QC experience strongly preferred (USACE).
• Hands-on QC including inspections, documentation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site quality authority on federal projects, coordinating with the Superintendent.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with federal contract requirements and quality standards.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and maintain thorough documentation and reporting.
• Conduct daily inspections and prepare QC reports for project records.
