Job summary

Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond Campus is seeking a USAC Ambassador Education Abroad Student Worker. This on-campus student employee will greet students, assist with filing, and work on special projects as assigned, while helping promote USAC programs.

The role is part-time (about 10 hours per week) for Fall 2026, with duties including clerical tasks and peer advising. Must be enrolled at EKU and have some study abroad experience; knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media is a plus.

Job Summary/Basic Functions

This student position is for employment in the Education Abroad Office. The Student Employee will be greeting students, filing, working on special projects as assigned, and a variety of clerical duties. This position is also responsible for promoting USAC programs in addition to the standard duties assigned to student workers.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Must be enrolled at EKU

Experience: Must have some experience with study abroad.

Preferred Qualifications

Creative experience designing posters and flyers and working knowledge of social media platforms is a plus. Strong organizational skills and knowledge base in Microsoft Office products is preferred.
