Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools and resources, and mentor new technicians, all while providing safe and efficient customer service.
2. Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality. Use POS systems and sales techniques effectively.
3. Be a Techie: Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to plan sales, improve service, and make immediate business decisions, encouraging others to adopt new tools.
4. Be an Owner: Manage equipment, tools, supplies, and inventory, operate cash registers, process transactions, and ensure compliance with safety and packaging standards. Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand by providing high-quality service, developing others, and creating a respectful, supportive team environment. Support training and embody company values.
